Buying a Flat, House or Villa is the biggest decision of anyone’s life. It is not only about walk inside the home, feel the vibes, or look outside from the balcony. To know the real worth of a property one must inspect the whole property from all the aspects before signing any document.

So, it is very important to prepare a checklist when viewing a property for the first time. Let us find out what one should look out for viewing any 2/3 BHK flats, Premium Luxury Projects etc. property for the first time.

Location of Property – Location of the property is the most important aspect before buying any property. It decides not only the gain in the future from the property but also ensures good connectivity. For instance - Ace Divino is situated in the heart of the city. So that builder and buyer both could get a good return on their investment. If the property has a poor location and no-good connectivity in future then there is no sense in buying such property.

Area of the Property- there are two reasons behind the taking decision of buying any property.

  • Personal Need
  • Investment

When we want to purchase property for personal use then the area of property matters a lot. Because every family has a different requirement as per the members of their family. So, ensure the area of the flat or villa must fulfil your requirement. Suppose you purchased 2 BHK in Ambience Tiverton and after shifting there you feel the area is not sufficient, then it may cause trouble to you.

Amenities in the Society – The price of the property depends on the amenities like Market Area, Club area, Garden, Table Tennis court, Swimming Pool, Spa, Saloon, Meditation Centre, Library, Kids Play Area, Indoor Game, Lawn Tennis, Dance Area, Gym, Basket Ball, Volley Ball court, etc. In other words, these amenities make your life easy and give a feel of a luxurious lifestyle.

Quality of Construction – Mostly Builders focus on the beauty of the Project but only reputed builders work on the quality of the Project. They take care of each & every material used from day one. Such projects may be costlier than others, but proves the best decision in future. So, don’t compromise with the quality of the product, and think twice while making any decision of buying property. If a good property doesn't fit in your budget, then it is better to delay your decision.

Apart from this checklist, one should also, take care of Locality, Security, Drainage system, Maintenance, Parking facility, Legal Documentation, Time of Possession, Additional Charges, Age of Property Godrej Golf Links Villas etc. before making a final decision.
